Services
We can offer high-temperature centrifugal hot galvanising and hot dip galvanising services.
The products that are successfully made using centrifugal hot galvanising technology are:
Power suspension equipment, bolts, nuts, washers, anchors, chains, brackets, tiles, supports, nails, etc…
This technology is also excellent for surface protection of iron and steel castings and industrial forgings.
Our capacities
Centrifugal hot galvanising process:
- dimensions of the element for the centrifugal process – 550 x 550 mm
- maximum weight of individual element – 70 kg
- production capacity of the line 1000 kg/h
- maximum design annual capacity – 8000 t
Hot dip galvanising process:
- tub dimensions – 1800 x 1500 x 1000 mm (L x H x W)
- maximum weight of individual element – 250 kg
Hot galvanising processes
High-temperature centrifugal galvanising technology is excellent for surface protection of iron and steel castings and industrial forgings.
Hanging is not recommended for small and tiny products due to the considerable time spent when hanging on wires or various tools, marks from the contact surface, deteriorated aesthetics of the zinc coating, increased consumption of zinc in the presence of zinc drops and non-functionality of the product due to tolerated and reference surfaces.
These problems can be avoided by using centrifugal hot dip galvanising technology.
The high number of revolutions due to the centrifugal force removes excess zinc from the surface of the elements. The surface is compact and uniform without thickening, marks, or runoffs, with a product life of up to 70 years according to EN ISO 1461 and EN ISO 14713 (1-2) standards.
We can perform hot-dip galvanising with classic dipping technology.
Products that are galvanised by applying this process are fences, pipes, smaller steel structures, threaded rods, etc.
The working dimensions of the tub are 1800 mm x 1500 mm x 1000 mm (L x H x W), and the maximum weight of an individual element is 250 kg.
